Eyecare coordinator & stylist
Take the next step of your career with a front of house position at Eyelines opticians in Sevenoaks. As the first point of contact for most of our patents, your role is vital in setting the tone for the care they’ll receive at Eyelines. In addition to providing the warmest of welcomes, booking appointments, placing orders and handling queries, this role includes optical styling – an exciting opportunity to bring creative flair to assist our discerning clients in selecting frames that match their individuality.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating a welcoming environment for patients
Appointment booking and diary management, answering the phone, ordering lenses and helping with patient queries
Assisting patients with Spectacle and Sunglasses selection, supporting them to find eye wear that compliments their personal style.
